Need to get in touch?
We’re always happy to help you. Whether you have a question, need support, or just want to say hello, we’re here for you.
We provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to our professional customers. As a manufacturer, we are not required to supply SDS documents to consumers.
All safety and usage information required for end users can be found on the product label, in accordance with EU CLP and consumer safety regulations.
We supply our products exclusively to Business-to-Business (B2B) partners. Minimum order values match the volumes usually required by large professional buyers. Think full truckloads or container shipments. If you’d like details on minimum quantities or order conditions, feel free to reach out to us.
Please complete the complaint form on our website. We’ll get back to you within five business days.
Cosmetics
Our cosmetic products follow EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009.
Products with a minimum durability over 30 months do not require an expiry date.
If a “best before” date or hourglass symbol is shown, that is the expiry date.
If an open-jar symbol (PAO) is shown, the number indicates how many months the product remains stable after opening.
Detergents
Detergents do not legally require an expiry date.
We ensure our products remain usable when stored under normal conditions.
Most of our cosmetic products are vegan. This can be recognised by a vegan logo on the packaging. Some products may not be vegan if no suitable vegan alternative with the same quality and performance exists—for example, products that contain honey.
All our products comply with European legislation.
Cosmetics
Under EU Cosmetics Regulation, animal testing is strictly prohibited. EU law also prohibits placing claims such as “not tested on animals” on cosmetic products.
Detergents and other non-cosmetic products
Animal testing is not legally banned for detergents, but we do not perform animal testing on finished products and we actively avoid unnecessary testing of ingredients.
If you are sensitive to fragrances, we recommend applying perfumes to clothing rather than directly to the skin, and avoiding spraying near the face. Test a small area first.
EU law requires potential fragrance allergens to be listed on the label when present above:
– 0.01% in leave-on cosmetic products
– 0.001% in rinse-off cosmetics
– 0.001% in detergents and other mixtures
If you have known fragrance allergies, consult your allergist to identify which ingredients you should avoid. Always perform a patch test before using a new product.
Stop using the product immediately and rinse the affected area with water. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor and bring the product with you so they can check the ingredient list. You may also report the reaction to us through the complaint form so we can investigate.
Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, but this varies per product. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before first use. Individuals with very sensitive or allergy-prone skin should consult a specialist for personalised advice.
The missing item may have slipped to the bottom of the box. To keep the surprise of the calendar intact, we advise opening all doors first and then checking the bottom of the packaging.
If the item is still missing, please contact us with:
– the name of the calendar, and
– photos of the front and back of the box
We will find a suitable solution together.
Our factories are regularly audited and certified according to BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) standards.
BSCI focuses on:
– safe working conditions
– the right to organise
– no forced or child labour
We also conduct additional audits to ensure continuous compliance with these standards.
Whether a product contains microplastics depends on its formula, and we only use them when there’s no suitable alternative. The EU has already banned rinse-off products with intentionally added microbeads. Other microplastics fall under transition periods set by the EU REACH microplastics restriction (2023).
Microplastics are tiny, solid, non-biodegradable synthetic polymers, anything from under 5 mm down to nanoscale. We aim to minimise their use. If a product contains microplastics, the packaging will clearly state: “Contains microplastics” or “Do not rinse the packaging before disposal”
The EU will gradually phase out all intentionally added microplastics starting in 2025.
We continuously work to reduce our environmental impact by:
– optimising formulations
– reducing microplastic use
– improving recyclability
– sourcing responsibly
– minimising packaging
Environmental friendliness varies by product, and we always follow applicable EU environmental and chemical-safety regulations.
We ask detailed questions so we can:
– understand the issue accurately
– trace the production batch
– assess safety
– improve our products
This process is required for quality control and compliance with EU product-safety obligations.
Yes. All our products comply with EU regulations such as:
– EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009
– Detergents Regulation (EC) 648/2004
– CLP Regulation (EC) 1272/2008
– REACH Regulation
We only use ingredients that are permitted and safe at the levels applied.
Recyclability depends on the packaging material. Most packaging can be recycled through local recycling systems. Please check your municipality’s recycling guidelines.
We work to reduce plastic by:
– Using recycled materials where possible
– Lowering the amount of packaging
– Avoiding unnecessary plastic components
– Optimising product design
– Increasing our use of FSC-certified cardboard and other, more sustainable materials
We’ll get back to you within five business days.
